Sam finds his Forever Home

Sam finds his Forever Home

Sam is a 2 year old Peek-A-Pom (his Birthday is December 16th) half Pekingese and half Pomeranian. He had been ordered from a breeder, along with his brother Omie.

The boys were named after Sam & Omie's Restaurant. Unfortunately, the Lady who ordered and purchased these brothers was unable to care for them and turned them over, not long after arrival, to Animal Control Officer JM Eakes at the Hyde County Animal Shelter.

On November 1st, 2007 Sam found his forever home with Preacher Charlie & wife Florence. Sam now happy lives in Engelhard, NC.

Sam also has 3 neutered cats in his family, that he loves to give kisses too or a bath, we're not sure which. Sam's brother Omie also found his forever home and now lives happily on Hatteras Island. Sam & Omie were among the very first adoptions at the Hyde County Animal Shelter established August 1st, 2007.
